Wonderful

The toilet stuck a few times and the water system did not flush in the toilet regulary the shower head should be cleand......... getting out of the pool directly to the room was difficult because there are no steps or ledder (room 8114). from 12:00 there is no shade in the terrace and the sun is very strong

Buffet breakfast was great, pools beautiful, staff lovely and great location. About a 15 min walk to Bangla Rd. At quieter end of beach but still plenty of activities and food options.

Very nice hotel eventhough old,beautiful decorations around, but bad smell.

Very helpful staff. Good breakfast options. Swimming pool very good and accessible. Very close to the beach. Nice restaurant. Good activities for the kids. Room nice and big with bigger beds.

The swamp smell in the bathroom. The smell around the hotel is also bad. The dirty smell in the bathroom made it a nightmare to use the toilet and shower. Also, no hotwater in the shower,may because it's warm outside. But room is cold.

But the real star of the show is the location! Location: The hotel sits strategically between two vibrant streets (northern side): Thawewong Rd and Rat Uthit Song Row Pi Rd (RUSRP). For quick bites and coffee cravings, a 3-minute stroll down RUSRP reveals a treasure trove of restaurants and cafes, plus handy convenience stores. Street Food Heaven: But if you're a street food adventurer, head towards Thawewong Rd, especially in the evenings. This street comes alive with hundreds of vendors, offering a dizzying array of deliciousness right on the beach. Get ready for a street food paradise! Cafe & Restaurant Haven: For more dining options, you'll need to venture a bit further. Cool Pools, Comfy Beds, Caveat Emptor: While this hotel boasts enticing features like multiple pools, comfy beds, and a TV with YouTube, some aspects fell short of expectations. Hospitality Hiccups: The initial warmth seemed absent upon arrival. The reception staff didn't offer a welcome or explain facilities, even denying giving us a map we didn't receive. Assertiveness was required to obtain basic information. Poolside Perplexity: Signage clearly stated "no pool bed reservation," yet guests disregarded it, and staff wouldn't enforce it. Prepare for potential towel wars if poolside lounging is a priority. Currency Conundrum: Exchanging foreign currency presented another hurdle. While the hotel refused slightly marked or tiny torn notes from us, their own Thai Baht exchange yielded some torn bills. Consistency would be appreciated. I straight away return those notes and requested the staff to follow their own rule. Breakfast Battleground: During peak season in January, the main breakfast area resembled a chaotic battlefield. Coffee machines took an eternity to produce and broke down daily, leaving the overwhelmed staff struggling to cope. Tip: Escape the breakfast frenzy by heading to the alternative breakfast area - your coffee and sanity will thank you. Kids club: Club is for little kids only, however the resort has basic activities where younger kids, teens can participate.

I absolutely loved my stay… the breakfast buffet was beyond expectations… every day something different and always fresh

Very Good

Had a pool access room and was definitely worth the paying the additional cost as the kids loved being able to go straight from the room and jump in the pool. Main pool was also large and relatively quiet. Enjoyed the pool exercise and breakfast buffet had a good selection of western and local food as well as fruit and breads. Overall a great hotel and very enjoyable stay

The room upgrade to a two bedroom with a better view and more importantly no building noise over night or from 7am and complimentary drinks / cocktails the pools where huge, the overall hotel was nice but perhaps to big to give more of a personal service

We had an overall fantastic experience. Perfect location. Could not recommend it anymore!

Loved the small touches. Everything was so clean! Reception and one pool bar man in particular was extremely friendly.

Our room smelt like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room, I had short breath throughout the week because of this. We didn’t bother to go to reception because everything else was perfect.

an experience I don't want to pay more than 2000 US dollars for...

Free ticket to have a welcome drink, but written with very small leaters just early time, not after 9 am...vety stupid and when we ask why just cold rejection, was not up for negotiation.. Played bowling and had to pay 4 times more then we thought becurse the girl in charge of the bowling alleys was not able to explain in proper english the prices.. If you like russian people its the perfect hotel to spend your hollidays, 80 % of the hotel guests was russians…:-( I payed more then 2000 US dollers for one week in this hotel so I expected a more nice treatment, many small things could not be will not go to that hotel again, many small wishes could not be fulfilled even it was a nice 5 star hotel, next time I book a good REAL 5 star hotel where you can have the last 10 % extra service you expect from a 5 star hotel...disappointing in many ways If you want a 5 star hotel dont stay at the Phuket Graceland Resort and Spa...

Great staff, fantastic pool and the rooms were very clean and nice. Would definitely recommend for a family with great activities to keep the kids entertained while the parents can lay by the pool with cocktails in hand.

Right on beach front and location fantastic

Sun beds big problem !! As we couldn’t get one and found the one hour policy was non existent. 2 families had kept beds either end of the direction of the sun as I Watched them swopping back and for , this morning I set my alarm and went down to ensure a bed at 7/45 , loads towels already on by then ! One family couldn’t get a bed and had children and another family put towels on 3 beds and came back 5 hours later ! Management were apologetic once my husband had to go and say as it’s not fair . Other than this perfect location .

Perfect location

We only stay for 2 night but we loved it. the beach it`s just across the street. We were upgraded to a sunset pool access room and it was perfect. The bed it`s big enough for 2 adult and 1 child. The breakfast room was a little crowded but was enough for everyone with many choices. We loved the fact they have a kid`s club

The only thing we didn`t like was that for the beach towel you have to go to the reception
